Dwellings vary between the different Rah types.
Seih'Rah live in termite-like mounds, which have an underground componant like a rabbit warren, they also have underground rivers and forestry/gardens.
Chae'Rah carve theirs from rockfaces within caves and caverns, but the internals are similar.
Daid'Rah live amongst many different Rah villages, and not much is yet known about thier original lifestyles before the War, commonly with Seih'Rah and Oryn'Rah.
Oryn'Rah are similar to Chae'Rah in carving into the rock underground in areas, but also have external dwellings as well inside the oasis like caverns (much like Seih' they have underground forest/brush areas)
Binu'Rah live in villages similar to the Quinu, but also on some land ship house boats as well.
Alac'Rah have homes carved out of ice and look like crystal castles, the only type of Rah to live in permanently ice and snow conditions.
Quinu'Rah and Binu'Rah are carpenters and their homes look like Art nouveau Architecture, the insides similar to Seih'Rah homes, just above ground.
Dhu'Naiph make homes in Tree-houses, similar to bird nests intricately woven and sophisticated rooms.
Chri'Naiph live in homes that look like giant Sandcastles, complete with ornate stain-glass windows, seashells and other interesting decorative items.
Louk'Rah live in above ground cob' houses, and internally are much like Seih'Rah homes, except that they are not below ground.
Cynu'Rah live above ground in woven multi-level Bamboo homes with thatched roofs, with a semi nomadic movement between villages at times.
All 'Rah use and interact with the natural world around them, and try live in unison best they can with the environment they call home.
From carving homes in to the rockfaces of caves, or limestone rock below ground, wooden carpentry, or mud and straw for cob-homes, woven Bamboo and reeds, to carved Ice, solidifying sand, and raising up into the trees. Everything is sourced without depleting the land, and is replenished by replanting anything used.
Sometimes waterways are redirected for Water mills, and basic hydropower for the iron-age use, including clothes washing, and watering of vertical crops.
Generally regardless of which 'Rah made the dwelling, the overall theme is still very organic with lots of curves and circular motifs. Various methods are applied with specific skills to achieve the elegant and distinctly 'Rah look and feel, though each with its own unique flair in building materials.

For now here is the vibe (note the Seih'Rah interiors are NOT stark white, but are painted with many colours. These mostly show the shapes that Rah have in their homes)
